Others join a three or four months course and then venture into ministry. Some privileged few are blessed by a couple of years of theological training, but at times lack real hands-on study material and training to meet the more felt needs in the ministry, esp. in the area of practical discipleship aimed at bringing forth changed lives and Christ-like character and life-style. As such we perceived a great need that exists all across our land for sound systematic Biblical yet practical and balanced Bible-based teaching that will cause one to grow to maturity according to Hebrews 5: 12- 14. All across there is the need for material and studies that will further mature pastors and all others involved in the Lord’s ministry (whether full-time or part-time or voluntary) for greater effectiveness in ministry and leadership. Material that can also be used to train and teach upcoming leaders and to make every believer an effective disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ by teaching in Bible study groups, house-groups, disciple training classes, cells and house-churches! 

Born out of much prayer and this observed need all across our land, and having been collecting the very best of books from across the globe for many years, the Lord burdened our hearts two years ago to put together an excellent systematic study, by way of compilation, that will teach, train, equip, empower and prepare each believer in our Lord Jesus Christ for effective and fruitful work of the ministry. The emphasis is on Christian character development and leadership training by growing to maturity in the grace and knowledge of our Lord through studying God’s Word that together with the anointing of the Holy Spirit will make us fruitful!
